love it love it love it love it love it love it love it love it love it !!

The best sweets ever!I’m sure you want to know how to make the best and the most delicious sweets.
Here we go..we make it in two steps in two days!
The first day:
the ingredients are:
4 kilos of semolina-smed-
1 packet of lorbak butter
1 cup of mazola oil-corn oil-
2.75 cups of samna
2 teaspoons of floured mahlab
6 spoons of dokat ma’mol
Put them all together , mix them very well until it becomes one yellow mixture.Make sure that you distributed the components-ingredients-very well.Leave it for 12 hours after you cover it(keep it in a warm place).
The second day:
The ingredients are, -add them to the mixture-
4 cups of mazola oil
2 spoons of yeast-khamera-
2 spoons of sugar
2 coffee cups of flowers water
2 coffee cups of rose water
1 cup of warm milk
almost 2 cups of warm water -if you need more add some water-
add them separately and mix them very well.leave it for 2 hours ,then you can start the fun ; >
After all the mixture became one similar yellow mixture-dough-..
1-start making small balls of the dough

2-make smaller balls of Ajwa dates
3-crush some nuts and add cinnamon

4-spread the dough into a circular disk shape
5-you can stuff the dough balls with ajwa gated or nuts
-Ajwa dates,put the ajwa ball in the middle,spread it a little,then close the dough (until you hide the ajwa) and make it as a ball again.
-nuts,spread the dough,put a spoon of nuts in the middle,close the dough and re-circule it
6-after you finish stuffing the balls,you will need moulds to have the nice shape!..put the stuffed balls in the mould , print the form , then drag the balls out of the mould (take it out)



7-put them on the cooking tray,

when you finish put them in the oven until the cookies get a reddish-yellow color.

now spread the powder sugar on the top of the cookies

And that’s it..have a good cooky! : D
