Ramadan–the best month eva!–

Every year Ramadan becomes more beautiful-thanks God-! : D

Ramadan is the holiest month of the year for Muslims.During Ramadan,we fast from the don until the sunset for a whole month,we don’t eat or even drink during that time..I know it seems hard and tough,but believe me don’t judge before you try!

In every Muslims’ house,people get up before the don and eat snacks,to be stronger through the day.Then,they wait until “Al-fager’s Azan”..(Azan:a call from the mosque to pray)..then they pray.After that,everyone goes to work and practise the normal life,that continues until “Al-Magreb Azan” (sunset).But the best effect of Ramadan on our family’s behaviour,that the family sits together the table with the best,delicious food ,waiting for the Azan.We usually break our fast by dates then water-because our prophet Mohammad asked us to-.

Now when Azan starts,everyone breaks his\her fast happily,because we could handle hunger and feel with poor people.By the way,it is the aim of Ramadan to feel with the poor and encourage you helping them and treat them well.

In Ramadan,in the MORNING,all the people go shopping to prepare the best table,we put the best kinds of sweets to eat, after the main meal,like “Konafah,Kataief,Graiba,Baklawah..”or other kinds and they are all really good ; ) . About the drink ,we usually drink Indian dates juice,Grapes juice,Clarified Kamreddin juice or the other known kinds of juice,but these are the favourites!

At NIGHT,they all keep awake and go out to have goodtimes under Ramadan’s crescent.There is something more important than all of this,which is in Ramadan every good thing you do,Allah(God) will give you more rewards and that’s the best prise for the Muslim..After Al-’esha Azan,Muslims pray ‘esha and Taraweeh to get more rewards,all together at the same time with the same movements..At night,there is special programmes for Ramadan ,too..such as puzzil programmes like ‘Ramadan With Us Is Better’-programmes which give audience and everyone who participates gifts and presents.

The best days of the month,the last 10 days,because after Ramadan Muslims have ‘Al-Feter feast’,so the soque doesn’t close ,all the people keep shopping until late times to buy the new clothes,the sweets,the candy and the presents for the feast.

One of the other good stuff about Ramadan,that all the houses put lights on thier windows with different shapes and colors,especially the crescent shape,because Ramadan starts on the first night that the moon appears like crescent,and the lights are very beautiful and colorful and the markets do,too.
