
Ingredients:
(8)big pealed onions
(6)pieces of chicken meat
(3)msakhan bread
(1)tea-spoon of salt
peper
cummin
(2)cups of olive oil
(250gm) of fried pealed almond
sumach
Recipe:
1-to prepare the chicken:
cut onion into small pieces (about 1cm-0.7cm).
wash the chicken with salt and lemon juice then with water until it becomes clean.
bring a pan,put it on fire,add a large spoon of olive oil, a large spoon of finly cut onion,with (20gm) of salt then add the chicken and keep stirring it on a weak fire.
add pepers.
add (5)cups of water to it then leave it until it becomes almost well-cooked
2-bring another pan and put the onion,salt,olive oil,peper,cummin (from the grediants)and keep stirring it on fire.
3-add a cup of chicken soap to the mixture and keep stirring it until it becomes well-cooked-
4-add the chicken to it until it becomes the same
5-after that,we take the chicken out of the mixture and put it in a dish then spread some sumach over it and put it in the oven until it gains a redish color.
6-sink the bread into the oil(mixture).be sure that all of it sinks.then remove it and put it in a metalik dish
7-take some onion from the mixture and spread it on the bread and a suitable amount of almond to it.
8-put it for (3) minutes in the oven.
same thing is done to the other remaining amount of bread.
9-arrange the redish chicken over the bread.
10-prepare Frekah soap and palestinian salad and yogurt.
